split Sequencing backstory off from "I Tell Myself ..."

The part that's just about how classic OB/LW formed my views will be a
lot easier to finish, and doesn't need pseudonyms (because there's no
way to credibly construe it as an attack, whereas the
institutional-betrayal narrative could be), so it can be its own post.

Instead of "Great Teacher"/"Popular Author" as the pseudonyms for
Yudkowsky/Alexander (respectively), I've decided I like "Robert
Stadler"/"Arthur Blair". If you're interested enough to be reading the
commit messages (!?) of my blog, you can probably figure out the
references.
