check in while feeling gross

I'm not having a good day today—relaxing and pursuing pleasure isn't
actually fulfilling when it's an excuse for not being brave enough to
write; I had thought of slapping together this auto-auto erotica tools
filler post (there are some Stable Diffusion images to go with it)
with some of my spare free energy (in parallel with memoiring), but
now I'm feeling so disgusted and weak that I don't think I believe in
spare energy—maybe I'll pick it up again in a moment where I don't
feel gross and believe in free energy.
