I wanted to get it all in one package so I could just be done with the
Category War and walk away, but the second part is just too hard to
finish in a timely manner. (There are emotional and cognitive barriers
to convincingly making the AGP-truther case and the case against the
"rationalists"—and I have to get it right and be convincing for it to
have any chance of working.) But I'll feel a little better if I at
least get the first part out, which is a lot easier. (I'm just
exposing my own jizz-soaked laundry, rather than prosecuting anyone
else.)

I tried the plugin, but basically no one accepted my pingbacks!
Lots of failures like

Site is down after Pelican upgrade. From the error message, the
StackOvermind (https://stackoverflow.com/a/
57479744) suggests that the
Markdown library needs a bump, too. (Um, should I be doing anything
about all the other packages? I can see why people like even Pipenv,
if the alternative is a flat requirements.txt ...)
We also got a warning from nuPelican about %-formatting in one
setting.

Why am I having so much trouble today?—running out of steam? I don't
feel motivated to carefully summarize the Will Powers affair?—maybe
that section is long enough. (I need to say more than I have
previously about why I think everyone is lying about AGP, but maybe
this post doesn't have to be super-exhaustive?) The function of a blog
is to be able to split writing into smaller chunks that can be
published in smaller units, rather than having to get a whole book
right on the first try; a mini-book-like megapost might be making a
bad trade-off.
