memoir: more shoveling

I think I have enough of an idea of where these blocks of text should
live, that I can drop them into the ms. proper and continue to sculpt
and rearrange them there, rather than them being strewn through the
unreadable mess of the scrapfile.

The ms. proper having a larger wordcount than the "sections" scrapfile
seems like a significant milestone? But still so much further to go.
