tough to figure out exactly which parts of the discussion are
"important", which I want to summarize ... well, I'll come back to
this.

I think doing some quick outlining from memory to meet my daily
wordcount goal is OK. (The outlining is genuinely somewhat useful, and
it's not even a bad incentive, because the words "already there" from
the outline are counting "against" future days' wordcount goals.)

Dumb Story more than 7 parts would be ridiculous). If I can keep it

2019 is the natural cutpoint, and then next post would be relatively
short, but not too short, because it covers both "Trans Kids on the
Margin" (early 2020) and the "Lenore" disaster (late 2020)? Okay,
maybe we'll do 8 parts. Don't worry about it now.)

The Planecrash analysis was so long that it deserves to be mostly its
own post (the file broke 30K words), which can also include the
epilogue/conclusion. And, if I'm shooting for ~18K word posts rather
than ~30K word posts, it's likely that pt. 2 will undergo a similar
split ("Blanchardian awakening" vs. "going crazy" is a very natural
break). But then "If Clarity" is still long ... I don't think I want
to go to eight parts if I can avoid it.

Or is it crazy that the Eliezerfic fight gets its own post?! Surely
it's not that important a part of the story?!

I don't know. After I have a gapless draft, I should hire a
professional editor. But to do that—I need a gapless draft.

interesting. Getting "Biological Sex Actually Exists" on the record

angle—maybe merits a sentence?

Given that a lot of the unwritten sections are in pt. 4 and 6, I'm
thinking that I should prioritize getting a pt. 2 draft filled out, so
that I can polish and publish pts. 2 and 3 sooner (without 4–6 having
been done yet). It impose a little bit of communication overhead on my
friends re: clearances, but probably not insufferably much.

For now, I should just focus on cranking out 1000-wordcount days
(tomorrow, and the 27–31) as planned, but on 2 April, maybe I should
think about what it would look like to shove pt. 2 and 3 out the door
early?

So much time pressure in the current year.
