memoir: bullet notes of Boston–New York trip

I hadn't previously thought of including this, but reviewing the
transcript of my conversation with Scott about "Vassarite" danger
reminded me of it, and it feels like it adds "color" to the story,
revealing information about real life that people don't ordinarily
write about?
